First we listen

By personally meeting you face to face, or by telephone if you prefer, we listen to your needs, your dreams and your aspirations. Once we have an understanding of your requirements we complete a questionnaire.

We do the legwork

Using our local knowledge we contact and visit all sources i.e. estate agents, private vendors, developers and builders. We then compile a short list of potential homes, that we personally inspect and scrutinise inside and out, with our unique male and female perspectives.

Now you view

After our inspection we choose the homes that best match your requirements. We contact you and arrange viewings. We accompany you on the viewings and point out the good and the bad of each home. First and second viewings are usually arranged over a two day period. We can also organise a tour of the area and overnight accommodation if required.
