Our Fees

Because our fee is based on the original market value of the property, once you have decided to buy there is no hidden agenda: our reputation is based on getting the best possible deal for you ( with experienced negotiation, we have saved up to 17% of market value on some purchases ).

Residential Fees

We have a simple fee structure:

Non Refundable Retainer £500 ( this is deducted from the final completion fee )
Completion Fee 1.25% of the original market price

MINIMUM FEE £3,000

All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate

With experienced negotiation, we have saved up to 17% of the market value on some purchases

Time Period Our search will continue for up to six months from payment of the retainer fee. We will personally attend all viewings with you, advising you throughout this procedure. In the unlikely event you do not see a suitable property, we will continue to search the market and rearrange fresh viewings.

Should you at any time wish to change your brief or extend your search period, then a second retainer fee of £500.00 plus VAT (£587.50) will be payable, this fee will also be deducted from the completion fee only once we have successfully secured your purchase.
