Upon considering our services, you may be at the point of organising an advertisement to employ outside your county and we can work with you to show we are part of the recruitment package.
Once an employee has been selected, we will work with your employee to fulfil their needs with a potential home and make the move stress free for you and your employee, so they can quickly settle into and concentrate on their new job. We will complete a questionnaire and organise the timescales for the move to happen.
Using our local knowledge we contact and visit all sources i.e. estate agents, private vendors, developers and builders. We then compile a short list of potential homes that we personally inspect and scrutinise inside and out. |

After our inspection we choose the homes that best match your employee’s requirements. We contact them and arrange viewings. We accompany your employee on the viewings and point out the good and the bad of each home. First and second viewings are usually arranged over a two day period. We can also organise a tour of the area and overnight accommodation if required. |

After your employee has viewed the potential homes, we sit down and discuss any issues they have. Upon your employee’s instruction we begin negotiations for the home they want. With our personal knowledge of the market and experienced negotiation skills, we pursue getting the best possible deal for your employee. |

Upon the offer being accepted, we will instruct solicitors and keep in contact with all parties involved through to completion.
We provide information on the local area and facilities. We provide contact details and organise visits of potential schools, doctors and dentists. We look into transport links and broadband connections. We also organise notification of change of address to all authorities concerned. Finally we ensure a smooth move by organising the removal company.
