Because our fee is based on your original advertised salary for the position, once you have decided on the right applicant there is no hidden agenda: our reputation is based on getting the best possible deal for you and your employee.

We have a simple fee structure:

A non refundable retainer fee of £1500 plus VAT (£1762.50) will be required for a six month contractual search period. This fee will be only deducted from the final completion fee once we have successfully secured your purchase.

Completion Fee 12% of the original advertised salary or 12% of the final negotiated salary which ever is the greater. Calculate your fee below.

MINIMUM FEE £3,000

All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Time Period

Our search will continue for up to six months from payment of the retainer fee. We will personally attend all viewings with you, advising you throughout this procedure. In the unlikely event you do not see a suitable property, we will continue to search the market and rearrange fresh viewings.

Should you at any time wish to change your brief or extend your search period, then a second retainer fee of £1500.00 plus VAT (£1762.50) will be payable, this fee will also be deducted from the completion fee only once we have successfully secured your purchase.

Bespoke

Do you need a more extensive service? A package for several employees, a tour or introduction to the area for employees, building plots, planning consents, architectural or interior design services, garden landscaping.
