Our fee is based on the original marketed rental value of the property, once you have decided to lease there is no hidden agenda: our reputation is based on getting the best possible deal for you.
We have a simple fee structure:
A non refundable retainer fee of £1,500 plus VAT (£1,762.50) will be required for a six month contractual search period.
In addition to our retainer, our Completion Fee is equal to one and a half months rent, of the property you agree to lease. Calculate your fee below.
MINIMUM FEE £3,000
All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Our search will continue for up to six months from payment of the retainer fee. We will personally attend all viewings with you, advising you throughout this procedure. In the unlikely event you do not see a suitable property, we will continue to search the market and rearrange fresh viewings.
Should you at any time wish to change your brief or extend your search period, then a second retainer fee of £1500.00 plus VAT (£1762.50) will be payable. |
