Our fee is based on the original market value of the property, so once you have decided to buy there is no hidden agenda: our reputation is based on getting the best possible deal for you. By effective negotiation our fee, usually pays for itself upon purchase.

Our search will continue for up to six months from payment of the retainer fee. We will personally attend all viewings with you, advising you throughout this procedure. In the unlikely event you do not see suitable business premises, we will continue to search the market and rearrange fresh viewings.
Should you at any time wish to change your brief or extend your search period, then a second retainer fee of £1500.00 plus VAT (£1762.50) will be payable, this fee will also be deducted from the completion fee only once we have successfully secured your purchase. |

Our concierge service is designed for those, who really need to concentrate on running their business and require a one stop point of contact. We contact all your clients, suppliers and utility suppliers, banks, credit services etc…and advise them of your new details. We organise removals companies, de-commissioning and re-commissioning of equipment, storage and locksmiths. We will design and produce new stationery, logos and signage or we can engage on complete company re-branding if required and provide proactive marketing of your business in its new area.
